How long should i book in advance ?
A good rule of thumb is the sooner you enquire, the more likely it is that well have your preferred date and time available. At least one week in advance is always best. Need it done today or tomorrow? Give us a call and well do our best to slot you in.
Who will be cleaning the home ?
Our staff are fully trained, police cleared and qualified professionals. We conduct regular training programs to ensure every team member is up to date with the most efficient and effective cleaning methods and techniques.
If I am not available where i can leave the key ? Do i need to Stay while Cleaning?
If you are not available to provide access to cleaners, you can leave the key in a secure place like in Mailbox or Under the door Mat and inform us. When we have done the cleaning we may leave the same spot.
Do you provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes. We provide a complete set of equipment and materials. Please let us know if there is out of water and electricity.
